Online Return Policy
- must be accompanied by their original receipt/packing slip
- must be in original packaging and condition
- must be unused/unworn with seals and tags still in place
- must be packaged properly for return shipping to ensure it is not damaged
Please note that for all returns shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return an item. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in the mail.
Gift receipts on regular merchandise are valid for exchange only within 30 days of the initial purchase date with a limit of one exchange transaction.
No multiple exchanges and/or store credit will be granted.
There will be no exceptions after 30 days.
Final Sale ItemsPlease be aware that the following online items are final sale: holiday cards - mother's day cards, father's day cards, easter cards, valentine's day cards, passover cards, thanksgiving cards, christmas cards, face coverings, plants, books, sale items, and holiday merchandise.
Online Order Pickup
We will reach out to you via phone and/or email regarding your order up to three times to ensure you are aware that the order is ready. After our third correspondence or attempt to contact you, your order will be held for another 90 days after which the items will be donated.
